Our Villa is located at 30 Valvarrone Street, in Dervio,

in a panoramic position overlooking the entire village.

The surrounding mountains are perfect for hiking along the famous Viandante Trail. From here, you could, for example, reach the Piona Abbey, or even the town of Colico, walking along mule tracks and trails with incredible views.

OUTDOOR

Dervio is a paradise for outdoor sports enthusiasts.

Thanks to its location on the lake, it offers a wide range of water activities such as swimming, sailing, windsurfing, and kayaking.

There are numerous sailing schools that offer various types of courses and equipment rental points for you to engage in the sport you prefer the most.
