Villa Mari offers you three modern and welcoming apartments where you can spend your holidays.
The apartments are available for families, groups of friends, and acquaintances.
In the summer period, the apartments are only rented to groups or families of friends to provide
exclusive use of the services that the Villa offers.

Live unique experiences
Dervio is surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty. Its lakeside promenade is very extensive and perfect for relaxing in all seasons of the year. There are numerous locations for having an aperitif or dinner with a view. Continue along the promenade to the area of the Santa Cecilia port, a promontory with large green spaces that extend into the lake.
In the warmer months, the lakeside promenade is also the perfect place to sunbathe, take a dip in the lake, or have a picnic with company on the grass or at the beach.
